Friendship forever

I just returned from a trip to Sydney visiting some of my best friends. Due to the recent emotional changes in my life, this trip became more necessary. I have been to Sydney three years ago, but this time is different, the city did not change much but I have. I can now see the same city from a different angle. The best thing in a person’s life is to have friends, good friends, and trustworthy friends. I am glad I have a couple of them in there. We had great time and lots of fun, which deepens our relationship again.

Ninety percent or more of your success in your field, and in life, is going to be determined by your “reference group.” There are defined as the people you associate with, work with, live wit hand spend time with. Dr. David McClelland of Harvard, in his classic, the Achieving Society (Van Nostrand, 1961), wrote that people adopt the attitudes, opinions, manners of speaking and dress, goals, ambitions, and worldviews of their reference groups. He found that a dramatic change in a person’s life and performance was preceded by the formation of a new reference goup.

I have decided my own group, and will keep going ahead, because I am now a renewed person full of energy and motivation.

Thank you so much for always encouraging me and cheering me up during my darkest period.
I was refreshed and restored my own image during these 3 days.
Friends, only a single word means that much to us.
