Singapore Trip

My recent visit to Singapore was a pleasant one. I liked to city though not too sure about the humidity. The people in that country have left a big impression on me, Hospitable, polite and hard working. The city is extremely well designed and clean. Due to the high density of limitation of land, people all life in high-rises and the public transport is great. It is high frequent, cheap clean and advanced. That certainly reminded me that in Brisbane, where we have a train services every half hour and drivers blow whistles to close the doors and it makes you fell strange if not seeing graffiti or vandalism for two days. I personally saw a cleaner bending down to use a cloth to wipe away a strain of the floor in a subway.

We’ve grown up /我们长大了

I’ve been thinking the title for this article for a while and finally decided the one here because there are so much happened around. Four years of overseas life have separated my apart from friends back home. I am curious about what they think and what is happening to them as much as to my home country. I guess what I want to say here is they (friends and country) have changed so much, just like me.

We are now more mature and grown up, no longer needs our parents like used to. There are people gone overseas, got married, lost life, had children, working. This is the stage our life and views are rapidly being changed and everyone seems to have their own little world.

I wish them all well.

我为这篇文章的题目想了许久，不为别的，只因周围的人和事都变化太大。四年的海外生活把我和故乡和朋友分割。我对他们现在的生活充满好奇。我想我想说的是他们都变化太多，就像我自己。

我们现在都长大了，变得更成熟了，不再像以前那样依赖父母。我们中间有的取得海外，有的已经结婚，有的甚至有了小孩，有的工作，还有的永远离开了我们。我们的观念在这个阶段迅速形成，好像每个人都有自己的小世界。

My First Post / 我的第一帖

It seems to have been a long time modern people started to write their own thoughts on the Internet called Blog or (Web-log), but I, a 24 year old IT professional now, didn’t feel it is so attractive. Until recent days, inspired by other friends and the acquisition of my first digital camera, I feel that I need to write something to share with other people.

You will see my thoughts, view of the world and interesting things through this window.
